–999 ZCOM-ERR-MGRNAME-INV (error)
Cause. A subsystem returned invalid version information in response to SCP’s initial
GETVERSION command (issued by the SCP process as part of its subsystem open
activity).
Effect. The command issued by the requesting application is rejected, and this error is
returned in the response. D-series SCP processes also generate the event ZSCP-EVT-
BAD-GETVSN (see the
Subsystem Control Point (SCP) Management Programming
Manual
).
Recovery. Try reissuing the command. If the problem persists with a NonStop Kernel
subsystem, contact a Compaq representative.
–999 ZCOM-ERR-MGRNAME-INV (error)
The process name specified by ZSPI-TKN-MANAGER or ZCOM-TKN-XMGR was
invalid, or the process does not exist.
Cause. The process name specified in ZSPI-TKN-MANAGER was too long or in an
invalid format, or the process does not exist.
Effect. The command was rejected, and this error was returned in the response.
Recovery. Check if the manager process exists. If it exists, correct the manager
process name and reissue the command. If it does not exist, restart the manager
process and reissue the command.
