During startup, if a ZCMK-based process receives a message from any process other
than its creator or its creator’s backup, it rejects the message with error 2.

ZCMK-TKN-description is a definition for a simple token.

This token appears in errors and event messages that report segment allocation
errors. Its value is used as a key to generate explanation text in error and event
