Within the last 30 minutes (since the process was initiated or since the operator
caused its primary to fail) more than 5 takeover attempts have been made on the
process, and each of these takeovers was due to abnormal termination of the primary
process.
ZEMS-TKN-EVENTNUMBER
has the value ZCMK-EVT-TOO-MANY-TKOVR.
Cause. The cause might be a hardware failure.
Effect. No new backup is started. The backup CPU is now undefined.
Recovery. Assign a different backup CPU. If the problem persists, there might be an
internal programming error in the subsystem. Contact your Compaq service provider.

A takeover has occurred.
This event is not issued by processes that SYSGEN started.
