Cause. Some condition has required that the controller be reinitialized. The controller
might have lost the context within which it was communicating with an associated IOP,
or it might have suffered a nonrecoverable software error.
Effect. The controller is reinitialized.
Recovery. Examine the log for other events concerning the device. Look both before
and after the RESET-IO event. If events related to the device are markedly different
before and after the RESET-IO event, the problem was probably caused by software
and has been cleared up by the reset. If events indicate that the errors continue after
the reset, hardware is probably the source of the problem.

A controller has been powered on.
ZEMS-TKN-EVENTNUMBER
has the value ZCDG-EVT-PON-INTRPT.
Cause. The IOP or driver associated with the controller has detected a power-on
interrupt.
Effect. The controller was powered on at the time indicated.
Recovery. No recovery is necessary.
