Cause. The current frame size is not large enough for frames being generated by
another node.
Effect. Information is lost from this communication but should be recovered during
automatic recovery.
Recovery. Recovery should be automatic.

A multifunction controller board task or onboard task was unable to receive an EIO
write for lack of buffer space.
ZEMS-TKN-EVENTNUMBER
has the value ZCDG-EVT-NO-CTLR-BUF.
Cause. The controller microcode might be overloaded, or the microcode might not be
releasing buffer space after use.
Effect. Communications are interrupted.
Recovery. Review the subsystem configuration.
