contains the error code. For a list of error codes, see the description of ZCDG-
TKN-DIAG-ERR on page C-6.
Cause. The diagnostic software might be faulty, might have been interfered with,
might be improperly installed, or might be running with the wrong version of supporting
software.
Effect. The controller is in an unpredictable state.
Recovery. Reset the controller board. If the event persists, check the installation of
the diagnostic and supporting software.
–10021 ZCDG-EVT-CLIP-PROBE-ERR
A status probe found a CLIP in the BOOT state.
ZEMS-TKN-EVENTNUMBER
has the value ZCDG-EVT-CLIP-PROBE-ERR.
ZCDG-TKN-CLIP-STATUS-PROBE
contains the CLIP status probe byte.
ZCDG-TKN-CLIP-PROBE-ERR
contains the CLIP probe error byte.
Cause. The reporting IOP or CSM received a status probe response from a CLIP
indicating that the CLIP is in the BOOT state rather than the STARTED state.
Effect. The CLIP is unavailable until the boot is completed.
Recovery. Examine the CLIP status byte in ZCDG-TKN-CLIP-STATUS-PROBE to
determine the cause of the boot. If the event persists, run loopback tests.
