SQL 1374
Cause. Stated in the error message.

Recovery. Ask your system manager to use a licensed SQLCI2 process to UPDATE
the entry in the PROGRAMS table to refer to the old owner.
SQL 1375
Cause. Stated in the error message.
Effect. The statement fails.
Recovery. Informational message only; no corrective action is needed.
SQL 1376
Cause. The user ID with which the drop request was made does not have purge
authority.
Effect. The statement fails.
Recovery. Your user ID must have purge authority to drop the table index. Contact
your system manager to add purge authority to your user ID.
SQL 1377
Cause. Stated in the error message.
Effect. The PROGID attribute is reset.
Recovery. If you want to maintain the previous security for the program, resecure the
program file to set the PROGID attribute.
1374 A file system error occurred after the catalog manager
altered some of the security attributes that you asked for,
but before changing the owner of the program file. Your
catalogs incorrectly reflect the new owner, but the label of
the program file still records the old owner. Your data
dictionary is inconsistent.
1375 PROGID cannot be activated when changing the OWNER.
1376 An index can be dropped only by the owner of the table
(value-1,value-2) or SUPER.SUPER.
1377 The PROGID attribute of this program was reset when the
owner was changed.
