SQL 1400
Cause. Stated in the error message.
Effect. If the statement does not complete successfully, there is no effect, and the
CATALOGS table will not reflect the absence of the dropped catalog. If the statement
does complete successfully, your CATALOGS table will be inconsistent.
Recovery. If this operation completes successfully, and you want the CATALOGS
table to reflect this change, you must manually DELETE the entry corresponding to the
catalog you dropped. You can do this through the interface you are using.
SQL 1401
Cause. Stated in the error message.
Effect. The entry was not deleted.
Recovery. Stated in the error message.
SQL 1402
Cause. Stated in the error message.
Effect. The statement fails.
Recovery. Reissue the request when the catalog is no longer in use.
1400 Altering the CATALOGS table to remove the entry for the
catalog being dropped is not allowed. However, because this
command was issued from a licensed requester, the catalog
manager will attempt to complete this operation without
reference to the CATALOGS table.
1401 The entry corresponding to this catalog could not be
deleted from the CATALOGS table. You can drop this catalog
without reference to the CATALOGS table by using a licensed
requester. Perform this drop operation with great care
because it could cause more inconsistencies in the database.
1402 The catalog is in use so that the TRANSIDS table of the
catalog cannot be locked.
