SQL 1908
Cause. For each partition, the number of pages in the primary extent, the number of
pages in the secondary extents, and the maximum number of extents are recorded
both in the file label and in the partition array. The loader checks whether the values
match. If any of the three values are not the same in both places, this error is reported.
The loader did not cause the inconsistency being reported. Some earlier operation that
changed the file label or partition array was not performed correctly, leading to the
inconsistent description of the file. This error merely reports finding the inconsistency.
