Recovery. Be sure the proper file is being specified as the recovery file.

Cause. Internal error: Stated in the error message.
Effect. The parallel index load fails.
Recovery. None. Report the entire message to your service provider.

Cause. Internal error: Stated in the error message.
Effect. The parallel index load fails.
Recovery. None. Report the entire message to your service provider.
SQL 1963
Cause. An invalid file name was specified in the =_SORT_DEFAULTS DEFINE.
Effect. The index load fails.
Recovery. Correct the DEFINE and reissue the statement.
SQL 1964
Cause. The record generator program listed in the message was too old.
Effect. The parallel index load fails.
Recovery. Install a later version of the RECGEN program on the named node. If this
is a parallel index load not specifying WITH SHARED ACCESS, you might be able to
run it successfully by issuing the CREATE INDEX command from the node where the
old RECGEN program resides.
1961 Internal error: The reply from RECGEN value-4 contains
an invalid eyecatcher.
1962 Internal error: The reply from RECGEN value-4 contains
an invalid message type.
1963 SQL load routines: Invalid file name specified in
=_SORT_DEFAULTS DEFINE: value-4 , file system error value-1.
1964 RECGEN value-4 does not support required feature level
value-3.
