SQL 2016
Cause. The SQL compiler detected an error in its internal structures or in a received
message.
Effect. The SQL compilation terminates abnormally.
Recovery. None. Report the entire message to your service provider.
SQL 2017
Cause. The SQL compiler detected an error in its internal structures or in a received
message.
Effect. The SQL compilation terminates abnormally.
Recovery. None. Report the entire message to your service provider.
SQL 2018
Cause. The volume name of the file name had 7 or more characters; SQL requires
that volume names for SQL objects do not exceed 6 characters after the dollar sign ($).
Effect. The SQL compilation terminates abnormally.
Recovery. Use a volume name for the program file that does not exceed 6 characters
and recompile.
SQL 2019
Cause. The input file was a non-disk device, such as a process.
Effect. The SQL compilation terminates abnormally.
Recovery. Specify a disk file for the input file and recompile.
2016 SQL compiler tried to invalidate the program file, but
the program file is not SQL sensitive. Mode parameter is
value-1.
2017 Inconsistency detected in message received by the SQL
compiler.
2018 The name of the program file could not be put in network
form.
2019 The input file for the SQL compiler must be a disk file.
