SQL 213
Cause. The process named could not be started.
Effect. The statement fails.
Recovery. Correct the condition indicated by the error code, and perform the
operation again.
SQL 214
Cause. The indicated server could not be opened. If accompanied by file-system error
14, the server probably failed after creation but before it could be opened. A typical
cause of such a failure is lack of sufficient swap space.
Effect. The statement fails.
Recovery. Correct the condition indicated by the error and reissue the statement.
SQL 215
Cause. An interprocess message could not be sent to the indicated server.
Effect. The statement fails.
Recovery. Report the entire message to your service provider.
SQL 216
Cause. Stated in the error message.
Effect. The statement fails.
Recovery. Report the entire message to your service provider.
213 A server could not be started using program file value-2.
