SQL 8601
Cause. Either the requester executor process sent an incorrect message size while
sending the message, or an incorrect number of message bytes was read by the ESP
process from its $RECEIVE process.
Effect. The statement fails.
Recovery. Reissue the statement. A read problem might be intermittent. If the
requester executor process sent a bad message and the problem persists, report the
entire message to your service provider.
SQL 8602
Cause. The requester executor process sent a request containing incorrect or
inconsistent information.
Effect. The statement fails.
Recovery. None. Report the entire message to your service provider.
SQL 8603
Cause. The ESP process found unexpected messages in its $RECEIVE file. For
example, the ESP could have received a second startup message when it expected a
request message or system message from the requester executor process.
Effect. The statement fails.
Recovery. None. Report the entire message to your service provider.
8601 Incorrect number of request message bytes was received
by the Executor Server Process (ESP).
8602 A bad request message was received by the Executor
Server Process (ESP).
8603 An unexpected message type was received by an Executor
Server Process (ESP).
