Cause. A timeout occurred.
Effect. The UPGRADE or DOWNGRADE CATALOG command fails.
Recovery. None. Report the entire message to your service provider.
SQL 9828
Cause. Possible internal errors occurred.
Effect. The UPGRADE or DOWNGRADE CATALOG command fails.
Recovery. None. Report the entire message to your service provider.
SQL 9829
Cause. An invalid catalog name was specified in the UPGRADE or DOWNGRADE
CATALOG command.
Effect. The UPGRADE or DOWNGRADE CATALOG command fails.
Recovery. Correct the catalog name, and reissue the command.
SQL 9830
Cause. An invalid catalog version identifier was specified for the UPGRADE
CATALOG or DOWNGRADE CATALOG command.
Effect. The command fails.
Recovery. Correct the catalog version identifier, and reissue the command.
9827 value-1 CATALOG was unable to communicate with the
catalog manager.
9828 value-1 CATALOG failed to start catalog manager process.
9829 Catalog value-1 does not exist.
9830 Invalid catalog version identifier specified.
