Cause. For more information on the explanation of the PROCESS_CREATE_ error,
refer to the Guardian Procedure Calls Reference Manual.
Effect. The operation fails.
Recovery. Correct the error condition if possible and perform the operation again. If
the error condition cannot be corrected, report the entire message to your service
provider.
SQL 1021
Cause. The file system message following this error indicates the cause.
Effect. The operation fails.

SQL 1022
Cause. The requesting process was running a program with version incompatible with
that of an SQL statistics process' program file.
Effect. The operation fails.
Recovery. None. Report the entire message to your service provider.
SQL 1023
Cause. Stated in the error message.
Effect. The operation fails.
1020 SQL Statistics server process could not be started from
program file value-1. Error value-2 was returned from
PROCESS_CREATE_.
1021 SQL Statistics server value-1 could not begin or commit
a TMF transaction.
1022 A request with an incompatible version was made to SQL
Statistics server value-1.
1023 The version of software on system value-2 prevents the
SQL Statistics server value-1 from running on that system or
doing SQL statistics work there, or both.
