SQL 16021
Cause. Internal error.
Effect. The operation fails.
Recovery. None. Report the entire message to your service provider.
SQL 16022
Cause. $CMON did not grant permission to start a program in the requested CPU.
Effect. The operation fails.
Recovery. Check the CMON configuration for restrictions that might apply.
SQL 16023
Cause. An audit fix-up server found an FLabMod audit record that could invalidate its
fix-up work. This is most likely from another process performing a DDL operation on
the same object. Because FLabMod requests change the underlying structure of the
object, they could negatively affect the current DDL operation.
Effect. The operation fails.
Recovery. Rerun the operation and do not perform DDL or Utility operations at the
same time on the same object.
16021 An internal error occurred during the audit fix-up
phase of the operation. An unknown exception class was
encountered: (value-1), in process value-2.
16022 An audit fix-up server process could not be started
from program file value-1 because $CMON denied permission to
start the process.
16023 An audit fix-up server found a label change audit
record during fix-up work. These audit records are most
likely caused by another process performing a DDL operation,
which is not allowed.
