SQL 16024
Cause. Another process inserted a record containing a duplicate key while performing
a CREATE UNIQUE INDEX operation on the table.
Effect. The operation fails.
Recovery. Find the duplicate record, delete it, and reissue the request.
SQL 16025
Cause. Internal error.
Effect. The operation fails.
Recovery. None. Report the entire message to your service provider.
SQL 16026
Cause. Stated in the error message.
Effect. The operation fails.
Recovery. License the program or ask your system manager to license the program
with the FUP LICENSE command.
16024 Audit fix-up process value-1 found a violation of the
uniqueness constraint while working on the index for a CREATE
UNIQUE INDEX operation.
16025 An audit fix-up server detected an internal error.
16026 An audit fix-up process' program file value-2 is not
licensed.
