Cause. A trap occurred in the SQL file system of a TNS/R system.
Recovery. None. Report the entire message to your service provider, along with the
following information:

The values of each message field.
•
The name of the application that abended and the SAVEABEND file, if one was
created.
•
Supporting documentation such as Event Management Service (EMS) logs, trace
files, and a CPU dump if applicable
•
Your system number and the numbers and versions of all related products
