SQL 1138
Cause. You cannot perform a DOWNGRADE CATALOG operation on a non-existent
catalog.
Effect. The statement fails.
Recovery. Specify an existing catalog in the DOWNGRADE CATALOG command.
SQL 1139
Cause. You specified a system catalog for a command that only allows user catalogs.
Effect. The statement fails.
Recovery. Use the appropriate system catalog version of the command. For example,
instead of using UPGRADE CATALOG use UPGRADE SYSTEM CATALOG.
SQL 1140
Cause. The command given operates only on system catalogs. This is an SQL
programming error, because the system catalog is not specified by the user.
Effect. The statement fails.
Recovery. None. Report the entire message to your service provider.
SQL 1141
Cause. See the file system or disk process error following this error for the cause.
Effect. The statement fails.
Recovery. Correct the file system or disk process error condition and enter the
statement again.
1138 The catalog value-1 specified in the DOWNGRADE CATALOG
command does not exist.
1139 The system catalog value-1 cannot be used with this
command.
1140 A user catalog cannot be used with this command. The
catalog value-1 is is a user catalog. The appropriate system
catalog is value-2.
1141 The DOWNGRADE CATALOG operation was unable to retrieve
the version number of the current system.
