SQL 1142
Cause. You attempted to downgrade a catalog to its current version or a later version.
DOWNGRADE CATALOG and DOWNGRADE SYSTEM CATALOG can only be used
to change the version of a catalog to an earlier version. To change the version of a
catalog to a later version, see the UPGRADE CATALOG and UPGRADE SYSTEM
CATALOG commands.
Effect. The command fails.
Recovery. Check the target version number and the current version of the catalog to
be downgraded.
SQL 1143
Cause. You attempted to downgrade a catalog and the version of the catalog was later
than the version of SQL/MP software that was running. The later version cannot be
accessed by the current SQL software.
Effect. The command fails.
Recovery. Check the catalog version number and the version of the SQL software.
Use a version of SQL software that is equal to or later than the version of the catalog.
Correct any errors and enter the command again.
SQL 1144
Cause. The specified target version must be valid for the current release of the
DOWNGRADE CATALOG and DOWNGRADE SYSTEM CATALOG commands.
Effect. The command fails.
Recovery. Correct the version number and enter the command again.
1142 The target version, value-1, must be less than the
current version, value-2, of the catalog value-3.
1143 The catalog value-1 has a catalog version of value-2,
which is not supported by this version, value-3, of the
DOWNGRADE CATALOG and DOWNGRADE SYSTEM CATALOG commands.
1144 An invalid version number, value-1, was specified for
the DOWNGRADE CATALOG or DOWNGRADE SYSTEM CATALOG command.
