SQL 1145
Cause. Catalog tables protected by the Safeguard subsystem had an object version
that was greater than the target version specified in the DOWNGRADE CATALOG
command.
Effect. The command fails.
Recovery. Correct the target version number or remove Safeguard security, and enter
the command again.
SQL 1146
Cause. See the TMF error following this error for the cause of the problem.
Effect. The transaction is not ended.
Recovery. To check TMF status, use the TMFCOM utility. For more information about
the TMF error, refer to the section that describes the status returned from
ABORTTRANSACTION, BEGINTRANSACTION, and ENDTRANSACTION operations
in the Guardian Procedure Calls Reference Manual. To use the TMF subsystem to
recover the transaction, contact your system manager.
SQL 1147
Cause. See the TMF error following this error for the cause of the problem.
Effect. The statement fails.
Recovery. To check TMF status, use the TMFCOM utility. For more information about
the TMF error, refer to the section that describes the status returned from

1145 The catalog value-1 is protected by the Safeguard
subsystem. The DOWNGRADE CATALOG command does not support
downgrading to version value-2 for catalogs protected by the
Safeguard subsystem.
1146 The active TMF transaction could not be ended. Work
performed by this command might be backed out.
1147 Unable to start a TMF transaction.
