Effect. The statement fails.
Recovery. Stop the catalog manager (SQLCAT) process and reissue the statement.

Cause. See the file system error following this error for the cause.
Effect. The statement fails.
Recovery. None. Report the entire message to your service provider.
SQL 1322
Cause. Stated in the error message.
Effect. The statement fails.
Recovery. Correct the user ID.
SQL 1323
Cause. The security string specified is not in the correct format. The string must
specify read, write, execute, and purge authority as a 4-character string of the form
“RWEP”.
Effect. The statement fails.
Recovery. Correct the security string.
1320 Internal error: Unable to open more caches than
allowed.
1321 An access path through table value-1 could not be
established (START subset).
1322 value-1,value-2 is not a valid user ID.
1323 An undefined value appears in the security string
"value-1".
