Effect. The statement fails.
Recovery. Contact your system manager to enable TMF.

Cause. Stated in the error message.
Effect. The statement fails.
Recovery. Contact your system manager to correct the TMF error condition.
SQL 1352
Cause. Stated in the error message.
Effect. The statement fails.
Recovery. Contact your system manager to start TMF.
SQL 1353
Cause. Stated in the error message.
Effect. The statement fails.
Recovery. Execute the statement when you do not have a user-defined TMF
transaction in progress.
1350 Transaction processing has not been enabled.
1351 A TMF error was encountered during transaction
processing.
1352 Transaction processing has been disabled.
1353 A user-defined TMF transaction cannot be in effect in
these cases: 1) value-1 is a nonaudited object. 2) The
operation is renaming an SQL object. 3) The operation is
splitting a partitioned table or index. 4) The operation has
requested WITH SHARED ACCESS. 5) The operation is reusing a
partitioned table. 6) The operation is executing a CREATE
CONSTRAINT with DEFERRED option.
