import OSS or MXCI Imports data from an input file in ASCII or 
UCS2 format into an SQL/MX table.
migrate OSS Copies metadata from SQL/MX Release 1.8 
into SQL/MX Release 2.x system metadata 
tables.
MODIFY MXCI Performs partition operations on range and 
hash partitions of SQL/MX tables and 
indexes. The SQL/MX MODIFY utility does 
not have the DDL extensions as the SQL/MP 
MODIFY utility does.
mxexportddl OSS Captures SQL/MX metadata and saves it in 
XML format for diagnosing problems.
MXGNAMES Guardian Converts one or more ANSI table names into 
a list of corresponding Guardian file names, 
appropriately formatted for TMF or Backup 
and Restore 2.
