NonStop SQL/MX Releases
An SQL/MX release identifies a set of SQL/MX products as belonging to a given
version of NonStop SQL/MX. These subsections describe topics related to SQL/MX

SQL/MX Releases on Systems Running G-Series RVUs and
H-Series RVUs
NonStop SQL/MX can be installed on NonStop S-series systems and on Integrity
NonStop NS-series systems. NonStop S-series systems run G-series release version
updates (RVUs). Integrity NonStop NS-series systems run H-series RVUs. Each
SQL/MX release is supported by specific release version updates (RVUs). For more
information, see RVUs and Supported SQL/MX Releases
on page 2-7.
Each system node can support only one release of NonStop SQL/MX at a time.
Table 2-1
and Table 2-2 on page 2-3 show the SQL/MX releases that are supported on
NonStop systems. These tables show mostly the major and incremental releases of
NonStop SQL/MX, which introduce key functionality, and do not show all the interim
maintenance releases.
