SQL 15385
Where int1 maximum allowable characters in a reason string.
Where int2 is the number of reason text characters given in the command.
Cause. Too many characters in the reason string.
Effect. A warning message is displayed and the command is processed.
Recovery. Enter the command using less than the maximum allowed characters in the
reason string.

Where string1 is the data source name.
Cause. A failure occurs in the client library.
Effect. The operation fails.
