Effect. SQL/MX is unable to return or display a message.
Recovery. Reinstall SQL/MX. See the SQL/MX Installation and Management Guide. If
that does not resolve the problem, report the entire message to your service provider.
SQL 16001
Cause. Internal error.
Effect. SQL/MX is unable to return or display a message with the specified number.
Recovery. None. Report the entire message to your service provider.
16000 Error message file not found.
16001 The error number err-num is not used in SQL/MX.
