When BANNER_TIMEOUT or INPUT_TIMEOUT is in effect and there has been no input (and no output if
OUTPUT_RESET=Y), STN35 is displayed every minute when the inactive time period is within IDLE_WARNING
minutes of the timeout.
STN36 Terminal was idle too long! Disconnecting...

OUTPUT_RESET=Y), STN36 is displayed and 10 seconds later the session is terminated.
