2. Use the Click to create a Custom Fault link to create a new custom fault. This displays the Custom Fault
Details area.

3. Enter the fault description in the Fault Description box.
4. Use the Fault applies to this Terminal Type drop-down box to select the Terminal types on which the fault
will be applied. The options available are:
• All Terminal Types
• DIEBOLD 10xx
• NCR
5. The Fault Index is automatically generated. You can change the numeric unique value. This will identify
the custom fault.
6. Click on the Save Changes link to save the changes and to create the new fault. The new fault is added to
the Custom Faults list.
NOTE: Custom Faults can not be deleted once created.
