14 Email Alerts
14-1 Overview
The SST/OB provides the ability to send email alerts for problem situations, before they can impact your
business. This functionality can be configured using email templates. The configured templates can be used to
send emails when a policy is violated.
This topic provides information on how to configure and manage email templates.
NOTE: Only the admin user has the rights to create and manage email templates.

14-2-1 Creating Email Templates
Follow the steps provided below to create an Email template.
1. Click on the Email Templates option in the Manage menu.
2. The Email Templates dialog box is displayed. Click on the New button to create a new email template.
