Clicking on the New button displays the Create Email Template dialog box.

Enter the name for the template in the Template Name box.
4. Enter the From, To, CC and BCC email addresses in the respective fields. You can also select the values of
these fields using the Columns button. Click on the respective check boxes to select the column name.

NOTE: To, CC and BCC fields should not contain “;” (semicolon) character. Use “,” (comma) character to
specify multiple email addresses. .
NOTE: T o add more columns to the existing list, refer to the Managing Data: Adding Columns topic.
You can also define your own custom columns that contain email addresses.
3.
