5. Add the Subject and mail body in the corresponding boxes. You can use the Columns button to add
substitution parameters. Thus, you can create the body of the mail template using normal text and special
substitution parameters that will extract information about the Terminal once the email is ready to be sent.
6. Specify the time (in minutes) after which an email will be sent after the violation is reported, using the Wait
for the specified duration before sending an email field. To always send emails based on this template
immediately, uncheck the box.
7. Click on the OK button to create the email template. The template is displayed in the Email Templates
dialog box. Click on the Close button to complete the procedure.
