15-3 Applying Thresholds to Views
Once thresholds have been created, they can be applied to one or more views. Perform the following steps to
apply a threshold on a view:
1. Select the Thresholds option from the Manage menu. This displays the Thresholds dialog box. The
Thresholds tab page is displayed by default with a list of configured thresholds.
2. Click on the Threshold Activation tab to display the corresponding tab page.

3. To apply a threshold to a View, drag the corresponding threshold from the Existing Thresholds list and drop
it onto a view in the Views and Activated Thresholds list. To remove a threshold from a view, drag the
threshold back to the Existing Thresholds list. You can also apply/remove the thresholds using the arrow
buttons.
NOTE: The Existing Thresholds list only displays the Record-count-based and Record-percent-based
thresholds.
NOTE: Cell-based thresholds are automatically activated on the view at the time of threshold creation.
