19 Data Management
19-1 Overview
With SST/OB, you can manage the following types of Terminal related information.
Custom Data
Terminal Profiles
The Manage Data tab in the SST/OB Client Application enables you to manage the Custom Data and Terminal
Profiles. To select the data to manage, use the Manage drop-down box on the toolbar. SST/OB also allows you
to map data values to meaningful names and import/export data from the SST/OB environment.
19-2 Custom Data
Custom Data feature enables you to add or modify additional information related to Terminals that are not
already available from the terminal data files. To access Custom Data, click on the Manage Data tab and select
the Custom Data option from the Manage drop-down box.

The following functionality is available for Custom Data:
Editing Data: Edit the Custom Data using the button on the toolbar.
Saving Data Changes: Save the changes incorporated in the data using either the

buttons on the toolbar.
Refreshing Data: Refresh the Custom Data using the
button on the toolbar.
Data Mapping: Map data values to meaningful names using the
button on the toolbar.
Adding New Columns: Add new Columns for additional custom data using the button
on the toolbar.
Deleting a Column: Delete a column from the displayed list using the
button on the
toolbar.
Importing Data: Import custom data into the database using the
button on the toolbar.
