8-1-6-4 Terminal Summary
SST/OB Dashboards provides you with an option for Terminal Summary to present the status of a Policy View in
a nutshell. You can use the Display Summary
, to toggle the display of Terminal Summary in each Policy
View.
Figure 8-11 Terminal Summary
The Terminal Summary displays the following information:
• Number of Terminals in Normal state
• Number of Terminals in Critical/Major/Minor/Warning state, before going into SLA
• Number of Terminals in Critical/Major/Minor/Warning state, after going into SLA
• Number of Terminals that are Acknowledged, Unacknowledged and Closed
NOTE: A new flags column is also visible in policy views, Refer to 9-3 Dashboard View Functions.
