8-3 View Context Menu Options

Actions: Use this option to perform the following actions on the selected terminal.
• Acknowledge Problems
• Unacknowledge Problems
• Close Problems
Commands: Use this option to select the commands to be run on the selected terminal.
Copy Selection: Use this option to copy the selected row of data to the clipboard.
Copy All: Use this option to copy all the data to the clipboard. If case of copying a large amount of data to the
clipboard, it is recommended to export the data to Excel instead.
Export to: Use this option to export the data to Microsoft Excel.
Options: The command provides the following options:
• Row Auto Height: Use this option to automatically adjust row height.
• Column Auto Width: Use this option to automatically resize the width of the columns.
• Show Tooltips: If data in a column is truncated, enabling this option will display the full text of the data
in a tooltip with the mouse-over action on the data item.
• Merge Cells: use this option to merge cells.
View Properties: Use this option to view properties.
Suspend Refresh: Suspend the refresh action using the Suspend Refresh command.
Refresh: Use this option to refresh the view.
