2-3 Database Already Exists
SST/OB Server installation provides the following Database options while installation:
• Create SSTOB Database and Tables
• Create only SSTOB Tables
The SST/OB Server installation will fail if you select the Create SSTOB Database and Tables option and the
SSTOB database is already created.

To troubleshoot this problem, either manually remove the SSTOB database or select the Create only SSTOB Tables
option.
2-4 Server Roles not Assigned
SST/OB Server installation provides the following Database options while installation:
• Create SSTOB Database and Tables
• Create only SSTOB Tables
The SST/OB Server installation will fail if you select the Create SSTOB Database and Tables option but you do not
have the Database Creators server roles in the Microsoft SQL Server.

To troubleshoot this problem, assign the Database Creator server role in the Microsoft SQL Server.
