2-5 Services not Started in Case of Windows Authentication
While installing SST/OB Application Server the Database Server screen can be used to specify the location of
the SST/OB Database Server along with the authentication mode to be used. On selecting Windows
authentication as the authentication mode the Work Domain/Work-Group Server Login screen is displayed.

Specify the User Name and Password in the corresponding fields. Re-enter the password in the Confirm
Password field. This can even reset the values of the existing User account and does not start the SST/OB
services.
Follow the steps given below to change the credentials of SST/OB services:
1. Go to services.msc and select the required SST/OB service.
2. Perform a right-click action on the service and select the Properties option from the menu displayed.
