Once a Terminal in a view is acknowledged, the acknowledged Terminals are displayed with the Acknowledged
flag.

Once a problem has been acknowledged, you can perform the following actions on it depending on the status of
the problem.
• Unacknowledged the Problem
• Close the Problem
