4-3-2 Unacknowledging a Problem
Follow the steps listed below to remove the existing acknowledgment for a Terminal.
4. Right-click on a Terminal in a Dashboard View Details area and select the Action ÆUnacknowledge
Problems .
NOTE: Only the Acknowledged Terminals can be Unacknowledged.

5. The Unacknowledge Problems dialog box is displayed. In the Reason/Description box, specify the reason
for unacknowledging the problem on the selected Terminal.

6. Click on the OK button.
The unacknowledged Terminals are displayed with the Unacknowledged
flag.
