4-3-3 Closing a Problem 
Follow the steps listed below to remove the existing acknowledgment for a Terminal and close the problem: 
1.  Right-click on a Terminal in a Dashboard View Details area and select Actions Æ Close Problems. 
2.  Selecting the option displays Close Problems dialog box. In the Reason/Description box, specify the reason 
for closing the problem on the selected Terminal.

3.  Click on the OK button. 
The Closed Terminals are displayed with the Closed 
 flag. 
NOTE: Only the Acknowledged Terminals can be Closed. 
NOTE: The changed status of an unacknowledged or closed terminal is shown after the refresh 
operation.
