4-5 Search
The Search feature in SST/OB Web Client allows you to find terminals or group of terminals by specifying search
criteria. To access Search option, click on the Search tab in the Navigation area.

Use the Locate by and Look for fields in the Search Navigation area to search the Terminal based on the criteria
specified.
You can search for Terminals on the basis of the following criteria using the Locate by field:
• Name: Refers to the name of the Terminal.
• City: Refers to the City where the terminal is located.
• Region: Refers to the region where terminal is located.
• Fault: Refers to a particular fault.
• Fault Categories: Refers to selected fault category.
You must provide values in the Look for field corresponding to the option selected in the located by list.
For example if you select fault option from the Locate by list then fault name should be entered in the Look for
field.
The Search details are displayed in the Details area. The details include the following:
• Terminal Name
• Region
• Street
• City
• State
