Recovery. If the problem persists, contact your service provider.

Cause. The VDP was unable to update the TMF audit trail with relocation information.
Effect. The relocation operation is not performed.
Recovery. Resolve the problem that prevented the VDP from updating the TMF audit
trail and retry the operation.
