37 ZSCP-EVT-BAD-GETVSN
ZCOM-TKN-OBJNAME
contains the name of the object to which the GETVERSION command was directed.
ZSCP-TKN-VSN-PROB
contains the specific error encountered. Possible values and the error conditions they
indicate are:
ZCOM-ERR-BAD-SERV-GETVSN
The SCP process received an error from the SSGETTKN procedure when trying
to retrieve a token from the GETVERSION response buffer.
ZCOM-ERR-BAD-SERV-VSN
The SCP process detected an unknown token in the GETVERSION response
buffer.
ZCOM-ERR-FS-ERR
The SCP process received a file-system error when trying to send the
GETVERSION command.
ZCOM-ERR-SERV-ERR
The GETVERSION response buffer contained a nonzero return code.
ZSCP-TKN-VSN-ERR
contains additional detailed information about the error. The contents of this token
depend on the error indicated in ZSCP-TKN-VSN-PROB:
Cause. The SCP process encountered an error on its initial GETVERSION request to
the subsystem manager process. Requester-SCP-server software version
incompatibilities can cause BAD-SERV-GETVSN, BAD-SERV-VSN, and SERV-ERR
errors. An incorrect subsystem manager name in the request can cause an FS-ERR
error.
Effect. The subsystem is unavailable, and the SCP process rejects the original request
that prompted its attempt to open the subsystem. The corresponding ZCOM error is
generated along with this event message. See –997 ZCOM-ERR-BAD-SERV-GETVSN
