An unauthorized requester included requester identification tokens in the command.
Cause. ZCOM-MAP-REQID or ZCOM-TKN-REQID-desc was included in a
command message issued by a communications management application that is not
owned by the super ID.
Effect. The request is rejected.
Recovery. Remove the requester identification from the command message or correct
the access ID of your process, and send the command message again.
