–857 ZTRC-ERR-COLL-OPEN-ERR

The SCP process could not open a collector process.

ZTRC-TKN-INIT-ERR-DETAIL

contains the file-system error.

Cause. The SCP process encountered a file-system error while trying to open the

collector process.

Effect. No trace is initiated.

Recovery. Resolve the error condition by referring to the specific file-system error code

returned in ZTRC-TKN-INIT-ERR-DETAIL.

–858 ZTRC-ERR-MOM-DIED

The process that created the collector no longer exists.

ZTRC-TKN-INIT-ERR-DETAIL

is included in the error list generated by an SCP process. It is not applicable to this

error and is set to 0.

Cause. The process that created the collector—usually an SCP process—is no longer

running, or the CPU in which the creator process was running failed.

Effect. The collector issues this event and then stops.

Recovery. Restart an SCP process and retry the trace.
