Unpack and Inspect the Replacement LAN LB
3. Grasp the LAN LB by its ejector in one hand and slowly pull the LAN LB all the way
out of its slot.
4. Place the LAN LB in an ESD protective bag and pack it into its original shipping
container.
Unpack and Inspect the Replacement LAN LB
1. Disconnect the grounding clip of your ESD wriststrap from the SWAN 2
concentrator and connect it to an antistatic mat.
2. Place the shipping container containing the replacement LAN LB on the antistatic
mat.
3. Open the shipping container and remove the LAN LB.
Caution. When opening the shipping container, be careful not to cut into the ESD protective
bag.
