Install the Replacement Power Supply

1. Disconnect the grounding clip of your ESD wriststrap from the antistatic mat and

connect it to an unpainted metal surface on the replacement power supply.

2. Grasp the power supply by its ejector in one hand, support the bottom edge of the

power supply with the other hand, carry the power supply to the front of the

SWAN 2 concentrator rack, and set it down on an antistatic mat rightside up with

its label readable.

3. Disconnect the grounding clip of your ESD wriststrap from the replacement power

supply and connect it to an unpainted metal surface on the front of the SWAN 2

concentrator rack.

4. Unlatch the power supply ejector and pull it to the left to unlock the power supply.

5. Using two hands, line up the power supply with the guides inside the power supply

slot.

6. Carefully push the power supply all the way into the power supply slot.

7. Press the power supply ejector to the right until the power supply locks into place.

8. Disconnect the grounding clip of your ESD wriststrap from the SWAN 2

concentrator rack.

Note. The power supply weighs 2.8 pounds (1.27 kilograms).
