Step 7: Refresh All SWAN 2 Batteries

If you are updating T7954 AAN or earlier firmware to T7954 AAP or later firmware, ask

your service provider to refer to Support Note 10029. If you are not updating to these

firmware versions, skip to Step 8.

Step 8: Start the SWAN 2 Concentrator and CLIPs

After the SWAN CLIP firmware has been updated, use the TSM Service Application or

SCF to start the updated SWAN concentrator and CLIPs.

Step 9: Verify That the SWAN 2 CLIPs Are Running the Latest

Firmware

Verify that the updated SWAN CLIPs are in fact running at least the firmware version

by using one of the methods described under Step 3: Check Current Firmware Version

in the SWAN 2 CLIPs on page B-8.

Step 10: Start Stopped Lines (If Necessary)

Starting the SWAN concentrators in Step 8: Start the SWAN 2 Concentrator and CLIPs

should bring all lines into the STARTED state. Check the status of the lines and, if

necessary, start any stopped lines on the started CLIPs for each SWAN concentrator.
