Unpack the Shipping Container
3. Remove the top foam pad and foam picture-frame packing materials from inside
the container.
4. Preferably, two people should remove the SWAN 2 concentrator from the
container.
5. Remove the antistatic bag covering the SWAN 2 concentrator. Inspect the SWAN 2
concentrator for scratches, rust, or other freight damage.
6. Remove the following items from the container:
•
AC power cords
•
One or more loopback connectors (optional, as ordered)
•
Cable management kit (universal bracket, M5 screws, D-ring, and mounting
clip)
•
Rack-mount kit
One or more interface converter cables (as ordered) are shipped in a separate
package.
Note. The SWAN 2 concentrator weighs approximately 50 pounds (approximately 23
kilograms).
Note. Immediately report any damaged equipment to your HP representative. Failure to
do so may result in the loss of a claim.
